Servet started and finished the job in the time he promised. His expertise with some positive ideas for the project were great. Overall I am looking to work with him again in the next project.

Servet has been helping us maintain and improve every aspect of our home for the past three years. He is always punctual, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and won’t stop until both he and the customer are completely satisfied.

No job is too small or too big for Servet. He puts the same level of care and dedication into small repairs as he does into larger projects. He is honest, reliable, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who won’t try to upsell or take advantage of you, Servet is your man.

We had a great experience with our bathroom renovation. The contractor was very reasonable, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was kind, responsive, and took the time to listen to what we wanted while also making sure everything was done properly. The work was completed with care and attention to detail, and we really appreciated how reliable and professional he was. We would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Exceptional Work and Great Value!

I highly recommend Servet and his painting company! I needed my entire upstairs repainted and was frustrated by the ridiculously high quotes from other companies. Thankfully, a friend recommended Servet, who provided a very reasonable, budget-friendly quote.

He did a fantastic job and paid incredible attention to detail. He went out of his way to save me money by using his company discount on materials and returning what we didn't use. He also worked around my schedule, finished the job quickly, and even fixed previous contracting errors he noticed along the way.

Throughout the project, Servet was incredibly respectful, clean, friendly, and organized. Truly a professional from start to finish!

Servet replaced our patio tiles and redesigned the layout. We needed to replace the floor, and we received quotes from other contractors that were much higher than his—just to replace the concrete, without including any tiles or flooring.

He was professional, fast, clean, and very organized throughout the project. It's been four years since he completed the work, and our patio still looks beautiful. The quality has truly stood the test of time.

I highly recommend Servet to anyone looking for excellent workmanship at a fair price.

Smyrna construction did electrical and installation work in and outside of our house and their services were very thorough and professional. They are easy to work with, very courteous and make sure they see the job to the end properly.

An honest, trustworthy, and resourceful contractor. My dishwasher leaked and caused my hardwood floor to swell. Since it was impossible to find the same flooring anymore, I thought I would have to replace the entire kitchen floor.
He found matching flooring from underneath the dishwasher and used it to repair the damaged area. Thanks to his creative solution, I avoided replacing the whole floor and saved a significant amount of money.
Servet, thank you again for everything. You did an amazing job! It was truly a pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

We brought on Smyrna Construction to assist with multiple projects in our home to get it ready for sale. Most of what our realtor was asking us to do get the home prepared felt impossible, especially while navigating the market for a new home, working full-time, raising a child, and whatever else life had going on at the time; it just didn’t seem feasible to do all of the work without breaking the bank or clearing my calendar to handle it all myself.

After becoming increasingly more and more frustrated with the big blue and orange anchor stores and their inability to be direct with us, and feeing like other local stores were trying to take full advantage of our position and good nature, we happened upon Smyrna Construction and everything we wanted to achieve felt within our reach.

Here is a sampling of the items that we had addressed:
Full kitchen renovation, painting the shutters on the facade, painting our front door, fixing leaks under our tub, weather-proofing the concrete on the side of the home, complete interior shed overhaul, replacing our utility room sink hardware and running flex-pipe (replacing the 60 year-old pipe runs that previously existed), installing new dryer vents, installing a new p-trap for the sink, updating old outlets with GFCI outlets, staining our interior window trim, and probably so much more that I’m not recalling at the moment.

The work was done quickly, professionally, within budget, and we were consulted at every step so there were no surprises when it came to the finished work or the costs.

Because of the work that Smyrna Construction completed we were able to sell our home for the price we set and were able to breath a little easier knowing that the work was done, but also done well.

10/10 would recommend to a friend, no notes.

We initially hired Servet Bey for a kitchen renovation, but throughout the project he exceeded all of our expectations. In addition to transforming our kitchen, he also handled the exterior door painting, bathroom renovation, and several other repairs and improvements throughout the house we were preparing to sell.

His work added tremendous value to our home, making it look far more modern, attractive, and market-ready. I only wish I had before photos to share, as the transformation of our outdated kitchen into its current beautiful state is truly remarkable.

Servet Bey is reliable, punctual, professional, and flexible in accommodating his clients’ needs. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every aspect of his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality renovation services.
